Q: Do COVID-19 safety measures have any impact on how I use my Winner’s Edge card?
A: • As always, simply insert your card into the machine and wait for the lights to turn green. You will be automatically logged in and ready to earn points for play.

Q: Where can I find out what casinos in Alberta are open?
A: Please contact your local casino(s) and inquire about their re-opening plans.
Q: What happened to my base points and bonus points that I earned prior to the casinos closing?

A: Yes! Now that Alberta casinos are reopening, you will receive up to 20,000 bonus points on your next visit to an Alberta casino simply by inserting your card into a slot machine or electronic table game. Q: What is happening with member contests now that the casinos are re-opening?
A: Good news. Member contests have resumed now that Alberta casinos are reopening. To learn about our latest contests and how to earn ballots and redeem points for extra contest ballots, visit WinnersEdge.ca/Contests.
